Terms of Service

1. About us. nessidra.com is operated by Nessidra Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16403474, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Email: contact@nessidra.com.

2. These terms. These terms apply to every order placed on nessidra.com by consumers. Please read them, with our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies, before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

3. Your order and our contract. After you order, we email an order acknowledgement. The contract is formed when we email you confirming dispatch. If we cannot accept your order (for example, the item is out of stock or the price was clearly wrong), we tell you and refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. UK delivery is free unless stated at checkout. Payment is taken when you order, through our secure payment provider.

5. Delivery. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. If delivery is significantly late, you can cancel and get a full refund.

6. Your right to cancel and our returns promise. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We extend this to 30 days. Hygiene-sealed items that touch the skin can only be returned with the seal intact, unless faulty. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Faulty goods. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full. Contact us and we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires.

8. Using our products. Our products are for personal relaxation and beauty routines. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Follow the instructions supplied. Do not use them on broken or irritated skin, and ask your doctor first if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, or have a medical condition.

9. Our liability. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Website content. All text, images and branding on nessidra.com belong to Nessidra Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

11. Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we contact you and you can cancel for a full refund.

12. Complaints and disputes. If you have a complaint, email contact@nessidra.com and we will try to resolve it within 14 days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.

13. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to your order. Last updated: 12 October 2026.
