Where your order ships from

To keep prices fair, some items are dispatched directly from our partner warehouses. Larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Peak periods, bank holidays and carrier issues can add a few days. If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, email contact@nessidra.com and we will chase it with the carrier or send a replacement.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will update it before dispatch. Once shipped, we cannot redirect a parcel.
